Responsibilities
Support on patents and trademarks related cross-border complex IP litigation and arbitration as well as cross-border IP transactions, including conducting legal and factual research, reviewing documents and drafting correspondence.
Requirements
1. A scientific or technical background (bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or equivalent is preferred) is preferred;
2. Currently enrolled in a JD or LLM program, with an expected graduation date in 2025 or later;
3. Possess good research, analytical and communication skills;
4. Full-time internship starts for at least 3 months;
5. Responsible, proactive, curious, quick learner and team player, with a willingness to learn.

【具体要求】
1. 最好具有理工类专业背景，法学/法律硕士在读，2025年及以后毕业
2. 有知识产权相关学习或实习经历者优先
3. 良好的事实梳理、法律检索、英语读写及法律写作能力
4. 能尽快到岗，每周至少实习4天，至少实习3个月，能长期实习者优先考虑
5. 认真负责、积极主动、有良好的学习能力并愿意学习、沟通能力及团队合作精神
